Happy Two Months, Noah!

Hey Mr. Noah!  What a big boy you're becoming!  You're 14 lbs. and so strong at two months: you can easily hold your head up for minutes and turn it side to side while laying on your tummy and you enjoy sitting and standing, with help.  You've recently found your thumbs and have learned to use your hands to punch your rattles.  My favorite time with you everyday is when you wake up in the morning and are full of smiles-you've got my mouth and chin, babe, and your smile can grow huge in a second!  In fact, everyone that got your birth announcement said how much they love the picture of you smiling.  Did you know, Superbaby, that you make so many people happy?

You're also so much fun, whether we go on walks or out and about (restaurants, bible studies, shopping), you love to see what's going on and will wake up from a nap, content, just to get in on the action. You can form my perfect frown and pout, along with your daddy's worried brow, but most of the time you're a very peaceful, happy baby.  You're getting so much better at falling asleep on your own for naps, although I still hold and cuddle you to sleep a lot.  I'm so glad you're getting the hang of it and are upset a lot less and for a lot shorter time than you were a few weeks ago.  You look and act so much like your daddy-your hair is really appearing more red (not just in pictures), you are a morning person, you are very patient and alert to your surroundings, love to eat, and have enjoyed watching tv on his lap a few times!

This week, your cousin Matt and Aunt Lynn came to visit you, again!  You were such a good boy, sharing your toys, your tub, your clothes, and at times, your crib.  The four of us, plus Rylee, went on walks every morning, enjoyed a quick picnic, went out to eat, to the mall and to a pumpkin patch.  I love you, sweet pea!  Here's some pictures of our fun week:

Love,
  Mommy
